In July, LTI increased our pay substantially, across the board, to provide our drivers with the best pay in the industry. Almost immediately, we increased our driver fleet size and cut our voluntary driver separations by over half. We are excited and proud to pay our drivers far more than they’d earn elsewhere.
A defining feature of our increased pay is that now, lower-experience drivers are eligible to receive substantially higher pay than they would at other companies. For example, a driver with 2 years experience is paid $0.67 per mile at LTI, and $0.74 per mile on loads less than 300 miles long.
A driver with one year experience would be paid $0.64 per mile, and $0.71 per mile on shorter loads. Then, they’d receive a $.04/mile pay raise, and a $1,000 anniversary bonus, at the end of their first year!
In addition, all our drivers receive anniversary bonuses, increasing loyalty bonuses, fuel incentives, $5,000 referral bonuses & more! Lower-experience drivers have never been more profitable than they are now!
